Fresh Air

Fresh Air

This photo (I took in September of 1980) represents a hypersensitive Aspie’s calmest environment! Yes, that’s a dirt floor hut on the right. No roads, electric, airplanes, convenient stores, plumbing, tourists, etc. were up here on Volcán Barú back then!

Now it’s invaded by tourists hiking up the mountain. Greedy foreigners have ruined the city of Bouquete, that’s down on its eastern flank, with buildings like those in Sedona, Arizona… complete with mini-malls!
