Ragdolls are Sensational!
Unless you’ve had the pleasure of arousing your your tactile sensory system by immersing it softly into a Ragdoll cat’s pile of warm fluffy fur (especially his belly!), you’re not going to be able to fully imagine how good it feels!

Besides Oliver’s sensational texture, he always has a pleasant aroma! How he keeps his fur so clean and tangle free is beyond me. Someday I hope to get a photo of the back of his head when his hair is puffing out and reminding me of the Looney Tunes’ Tasmanian Devil.
Sometimes I call Oliver “Mr. Softy” because he also reminds me of a soft vanilla and chocolate ice cream twist filled cone. I’m tempted to get into detail about his entertaining characteristics, but instead I’ll just mention he’s funny, clever, gentle, thoughtful, feisty, and finicky.
Five years ago, I was curious to learn more about Ragdoll cats (after hearing someone rave about them). I didn’t expect to fall head-over-heels in love with one while browsing on the internet! When I first saw a picture of Oliver as a kitten, I couldn’t stop thinking about him. Fortunately, since I don’t normally want presents and don’t usually get any from my hubby, along with the fact that a big birthday was soon approaching (my 50th), I was able to pursue my passion for acquiring Oliver so he could spend his life with me.
I guess my husband is glad that I don’t get passionate like that over other males! He wasn’t much of a “cat person” before Oliver came to be with us. Now he is.
